Returns For Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process
1,To return an item, please email customer service at Sale@areyourshop.com to get the return address.
2. If the return is confirmed, please place the item securely in its original packaging and order number must be on Shipping Label, and mail your return to the our designated address.

If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization, sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, areyoushop.com reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

● Order ID Number is also your RMA Number must be on the Shipping Label.
● A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
